...of trying to rationalize my weight gain

Ha! Today, as i was surfing through the web for pregnancy websites. I tried researching about the distribution of a pregnant woman's weight gain. Although i ready about it already in What to Expect When You're Expecting, i'd like to share it for other pregnant women out there and to those who think pregnant women are FAT!

Weight Distribution:
7 1/2pounds is about how much the baby will weigh by the end of pregnancy
1 1/2pounds is how much the placenta weighs
4 pounds is attributed to increased fluid volume
2 pounds is the weight of the uterus
2 pounds is the weight of breast tissue
4 pounds is because of increased blood volume
7 pounds is attributed to maternal stores of fat, protein and other nutrients
2 pounds for the amniotic fluid
Total: 30 pounds

The total of 30 pounds is the average weight gain if you have are not underweight during your prepregnancy.

In my case, i was just 100lbs. short of 10lbs. to the normal weight my age and height should have. Right now, i'm a whopping 142lbs!!!! AHHH!!!!!!!

As easrly as now, well, actually, since i got pregnant, i have been thinking of ways on how to lose that super excess weight. I've been thinking of going serious with my belly dancing, bikram yoga, and now.. i would like to try boxing!

They say boxing is really good if you want to lose weight plus it also deines and tones your body. Kaya, why not?!

Again, i wish me luck! This should not be just another plan.. i should put this into action.. or else, my husband and my self-confidence would leave me! How babaw my reason noh?

I'm the vainest person you'll ever meet! Hee-hee!

I have to lose all this weight, i swear! I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if i can't come back to my prepregnacy weight and FIGURE!

Ayoko ng flabs! Ayoko ng love handles! Ayoko ng bilbil! Ayoko ng stretch marks! Ayoko ng cellulite! Dra. Belo, here i come! Wait for me! Haha.

I'm serious. I'd really be depressed if i won't be able to get my old figure back.
